1. No Return & No Refund Policy
All sales made through LUNATHAI FIGHTWEAR are final.
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind after purchase

Personal preference

Color differences due to screen settings or lighting

Normal wear and tear

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Please review all product details carefully before placing an order.
2. Eligible Returns (Factory Defect Only)
Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases of proven manufacturing defects or errors caused by our factory.
Examples include:

Major stitching defects

Incorrect item sent

Significant damage caused during production
Minor variations in stitching, logo placement, or measurements (±1–2 cm) are considered normal and are not classified as defects.
3. Claim Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund due to a defect, customers must:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item

Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect

Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Claims submitted after 3 days will not be accepted.
4. Resolution Process
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, LUNATHAI FIGHTWEAR will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

A replacement item (subject to stock availability), or

A partial or full refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is confirmed to be caused by our factory.
5. Shipping & Customs Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Orders refused due to customs charges are not eligible for a refund.
